Oh and it has to be free. I’m already a member of neopets, toontown, and albatross18. any others like those?I know those are all “kid games” but they’re really fun and I know plenty of adults my age on them! Also I know theres a bunch of knock off neopets sites, but none of those. Just one of those rare gems that is such a cool game. thanks for any suggestions!

Thanks all for the input….I’m kinda lookind for one huge game…not alot of little ones (ie. neopets, albatross18, and toontown) and by the way…hockey/soccer and all that are kinda hard to play at 10:00 at night…and as far as colledge..been there, done that. got a job, husband, and kids. just trying to find something to get me away for a minute or two when i have some time to myself
When I was growing up I loved playing with my Atari 5200 and 7800. As I got older I did get an Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64 and PS1 and PS2. I currently only play my PS2 regularly. I still have an older Nintendo and the two Atari systems I have mentioned. I loved playing the Atari systems because the games were so much fun. When you walk in the good arcades these days, the older games are usually the most popular. Every system had something everyone liked about it and now I am asking what everyone thinks is the best system of all time!?!
I grew up with these classics. Today’s games make these oldies look quite lame graphics-wise, but they were amazing in their day. I mastered Asteroids to the point where I could play for hours on one quarter. I had the free ships lined right across the top of the screen from player one to – off the screen to the right! once when I played for over 7 hours! Missile Command could be mastered because after 810,000 it would give you 6 cities after every round – where each round would only destroy 3. This was an apparent glitch in the programming and I had a few arcade operators unplug the game on me when this happened! Fun times back then!
Ok, there are sooo many game sites on the web but they all seem like they are the same thing. They have all the same generic games with not enough selections. I want some good graphic maybe 3d games that are really fun! Do u know of any sites. Also I want to download games to my laptop so that I can play without internet connection. Do u know any good games that are downloadable for free and dont expire. Im so tired of the same old arcade games. I dont care if they are big files I just want somethinggood that doesn’t need internet and a really good site that you can interaxt with others but actually play fun games. Thanks

Where can i find a fun arcade site with a lot of games?
I’ve been playing Mame for about two years now and the more games I play from my youth, the more I realize how brutally difficult they are and I’m just not having any fun anymore. Is this normal?
I mean, it takes me something like 30+ continues to complete a beat-em-up such as Final Fight, The Simpsons or TMNT 1 & 2. I know these games were made with the intent in taking our quarters as fast as possible, but most of them are unrealistic. I can barely get past the fourth or fifth opponent in 2D fighters like Mortal Kombat 2 or Killer Instinct and I’ve been playing games my entire life.
I don’t wanna lower each game’s difficulty setting as that would cheapen the experience for me. Does any of this make sense? Am I the only one finding every single different game I play to be brutally frustrating when just set to the “normal” difficulty setting?

Ive heard good things, but i have gta4 alredy and love it. I have a lot of good games (cod4 gta4 fable2 banjokazooie) but i feel like this is a good game but not as good as these modern games and wenever i sit down to play xbox ill end up playing a 360 game instead of this. The only arcade game i have which i play as well as my modern games is banjo kazooie (the original) but ive only had it for 2 days so idk if i will continue to play it so much. I also played max payne 2 for a total of like 4 hours. Sooooo i know this is a fun game, but if i buy it will i end up actually playing it?
i dont want anything that i have to download and it has to be free. anyone know of any? or like werewolves? or other fun games like that but not like arcade games stuff
